There's almost nothing Davy Jones can do with All-Powerful to force them to the surface to be shot at. His only option would be to have the Lamon force the Mercury to the surface. A risk for sure, but Turner will be needed to deal with the double health on the opposing Hydra.

To that end, the two subs should be more than 4S from each other at all times if possible, with 4S being the maximum range of the Lamon's reach while submerged.

Mercury plays host to two Marine crew. Marine's are separate from the cannons of an assigned ship, and may fire while a ship is submerged. They don't have much range so the Mercury will need to get close to the opposing Cursed ships to hit them, and even then, both of the Marine crew are going to need to hit their 2S cannon to eliminate one mast. It will be slow going. Fortunately, my fleet won't be taking on the Cursed alone, but will be paired with another entrant.

Either sub should lend decent support to the allied fleet, either providing an annoying source of the cancelling with the Lamon, or surprise submerged fire support from the Mercury.
"}
